It's like I've waited my whole life.....

Today is mine and Adams wedding anniversary, about this time two years ago I was surrounded by all my awesome friends getting pampered and ready for one of the biggest days in my life! I will never forget that day my friends and family made it a memorable one! Over 9 years ago I was lucky enough to start dating my perfect match.... No one else could put up with me and my crazy ways like he does! So much has already happened since we said I do two years ago and i can wait to see what the future holds, I am so blessed to be able to call him not only my husband and baby daddy but also my best friend!

Finding special formula

I have been searching for Parker's special formula (puramino) for over a month now, everywhere kept saying their warehouse was out of stock and there was no back order date in the computers! Luckily we had enough from friends who were able to get us samples to make it through the month of not being able to find it! Thankful for the angels God sent us to give us the sample formula not sure what we would have done if not! Anyhow over a month later I tried calling family medical supply in fuquay never would have thought of them to be an option but they were able to order it and had it ready within a week! So if any other moms have the same problem try family medical supply! I know there is one in Dunn, smithfield, and fuquay!

Cheap entertainment

Looking for cheap entertainment for your baby or little one on a warm day? It's the simple things that entertain them at this age! So we took a plastic mixing bowl, filled it up with water and put some scooping toys and rubber ducks in it and took him outside and let him explore! He soaked himself, and his daddy! His favorite part was when Adam squirted him with water out of the bottom of the rubber duck he thought it was hilarious, he would just crack up. I posted a video on my Facebook....

8 months... A little late haha

Big boy is eight months (was 8 months on april 3rd lol) im a little behind! He started saying "ma ma" and rolling everywhere but still no interest in crawling at all he has even started to pull up on stuff so we had to put his crib mattress down because he started standing up in the crib when leaving him in there to sleep. He's def in that frustrated stage where he wants to be mobile so bad but he just isn't quite there! But I'm sure it will come way too soon!

Italian chicken, carrots, and potatoes on the crock pot

When I'm babysitting at night I usually try to throw something on the crockpot for Adam since he will be home with Parker by himself. Tonight I choose Italian chicken, carrots and potatoes!

Here is the recipe if you're interested it's simple and I was done cooking at 1230 today that's my favorite part!

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
16 Ounce Bottle of Italian Dressing (I used non fat)
1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
Italian Seasoning
4-6 Potatoes scrubbed cut in half or wedges (you can peel if desired)
1/2 bag of mini carrots
Spray crock with Pam
Squirt a small amount of Italian dressing at bottom of crock-pot.
Place two chicken breasts in crock.
Pour some of the Italian dressing on the chicken.
Sprinkle half of cheese onto the chicken.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning onto the chicken.
Place next two chicken breasts into crock-pot, if possible not directly on top of the first breasts.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of chicken.
Pour carrots on top
Pour more of the Italian dressing on top of chicken and carrots.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning onto the chicken and carrots.
Place potatoes on top.
Pour the remaining Italian dressing on the potatoes.Sprinkle Italian seasoning on the potatoes.Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
